## Synopsis

Početak jedne od najdugovječnijih i najpopularnijih humorističnih franšiza u povijesti kinematografije, „Pink Panther“ je lansirao kultni lik inspektora Clouseaua, uveo prepoznatljivu animiranu uvodnu špicu s ružičastom panterom, praćenu planetarno popularnom muzičkom pozadinom Henryja Mancinija. Spoj je to elegantne salonske komedije manira i urnebesnog slapsticka. Odlikuje se sofisticiranim vizualnim stilom, prikazom glamuroznog europskog visokog društva šezdesetih godina prošlog stoljeća, preciznim komičnim tajmingom i oslanjanjem na Sellersovu virtuoznu fizičku ekspresiju i verbalnu smetenost.
